I offer various types of trainings that are open to the public, especially to health professionals and therapists.

  1. Living Foods Lifestyle Educator Training

“The Living Foods Lifestyle® Educator Training” was developed to provide a comprehensive learning experience about the practice and teachings of the Living Foods Lifestyle®. This program was developed to offer you the Basic Components of the Living Foods Lifestyle® and the foundation needed to teach groups and individuals about it. Most participants are health professionals such as therapists, nutritionists, nurses, psychologists and doctors, while others come from related fields. All students, however, share a deep respect for health and nutrition. This program is ideal for people who would like to create or engage in nutritional counseling, fitness centers, organic agriculture businesses and a wide range of other humanitarian and sustainable causes.

  1. Yoga Teacher Training Program

The goal of yoga teacher training programs is to prepare professionals to teach group classes and private yoga classes, while integrating, asana, pranayama, chanting, mudras, bandhas and meditation. We emphasize the personal practice of the yoga teacher as the foundation of the training program.

  1. Yoga Therapist Program

Building on the yoga teacher training program, the yoga therapy program prepares trained yoga teachers to work with individuals with structural, physiological and psycho-emotional conditions. Yoga therapy programs emphasize the development of clinical skills for work with individuals and groups. I currently don’t individually direct any yoga teacher or yoga therapy programs in the USA. However, I co-teach in the Integrative Yoga Therapy (www.IYTyogatherapy.com) program held annually at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health (www.kripalu.org) and endorse the other Yoga Therapy trainings I graduated from, such as the Viniyoga Therapy training (www.ViniYoga.com). They are registered with the International Yoga Alliance (www.yogaalliance.org) and the International Association of Yoga Therapists (www.iayt.org).
