The method I developed has been part of my daily routine for over 20 years, and it has been refined through thousands of consultations over the past 15 years with people from all over the world.
In my career, I have encountered three areas of profound impact on our health and happiness, which, for me, revealed themselves as answers for a truly fulfilling life, full of energy and vitality: Yoga Therapy, the Feldenkrais Method® and the Living Foods Lifestyle®.
Each one of those three areas is complete in itself. But a combination of them is even more transformational:
- With yoga therapy, we dive into the thousands of years old wisdom of yoga, whose specific intention is the recovery of self-knowledge and inner peace through methods like: asanas (yoga postures and movements), mudras (symbolic hand gestures), bandha, self-massage, relaxation, pranayama (breathing techniques), sound, chanting, meditation, mantra (a word or sound repeated to aid concentration), personal ritual and study of texts.
- With the Feldenkrais Method®, we use the living body as a vehicle to awaken awareness and develop more functional movement patterns — physical, emotional and mental. The body is seen as an integral part of thoughts and emotions, and changing one of these parts, we change the others as well. From the perspective of the Feldenkrais Method®, movement exists before thought and emotion, if we change the way we move, we also change the way we feel, think and act.
- With the Living Foods Lifestyle®, we reclaim the simplicity of being healthy based on what we eat, and create new eating habits which favor vitality, taste and freshness in our choice of what we eat.
According to a person’s profile, needs and desires, I decide whether to use just one of the above modalities of healing and transformation, or a combination of two or all three of them. In our sessions, we together find out what best fulfills your needs at that particular moment in your life with the intention to create the most viable path for vibrant health and lasting happiness!
